In-store shipments are always free and at home from 29 euros of purchase. Home deliveries take between 24 and 48 business hours from the time the order is ready. This period may be longer in Islands. In-store deliveries are made within 2 to 7 days. All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
At the time of departure of the order from our warehouses, an email or SMS will be sent to you to track the shipment and the delivery date. If this date does not suit you, you have the possibility to change it through that same tracking link. If you have not received it, please check the spam.
For any inquiries related to exchanges and returns, please send an email to devoluciones@maletasgreenwich.com explaining your case with photos of the item you purchased. Once you send the email, the 14-day deadline for the return stops and the days stop counting.
