In Icomed, our main objective is that all our customers are satisfied, so if you are not satisfied with the product received you can return it. We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return unused merchandise in its original box subject to the rules described below. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement at any time up to 14 days after the date of delivery - according to the Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, of 15 of January of Arrangement of the Retail Trade modified by the Law 47/2002, of 19 of December. The law of the place where the product has been delivered or where the service has been provided will determine the days to be considered working days.
Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers. The return service has a charge depending on the type of suitcase and country of origin. We detail the different possibilities:
- Spain: 10€ box/bag for cabin suitcase, 15€ box/bag for medium suitcase and 20€ box/bag for large suitcase.
- Portugal: 15€ box/bag per cabin and medium size suitcase. 20€ box/bag per large suitcase.
- Rest of countries: The return costs of packages from other countries are at the customer's expense. You can use the carrier of your choice.
The customer must send an email to Icomed (email@example.com), indicating their intention to return the product, which will receive an email reply with instructions to carry out the return. Specifically, the customer must send a package to Icomed with:
The articles in their original packaging.
The delivery note received with the order.
The maximum term to warn of defect in the product is of 15 calendar days once the order has been received.
Return costs will be borne by the customer, who must send them safely with the necessary guarantees so that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in a perfect state for resale (without damage, breakage or soiling), with all their accessories, instruction manuals and documentation. The products will have to be sent to the following address: Icomed, S.L. C/ Campello Nº3 Nave 5 .I La Cala 03509 Finestrat Alicante.
The return will not be able to be carried out in no case if the supplied products were manifestly object of use. Shipments that do not include any element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, return number, name, surname and address) will not be accepted. Once the package has been received at Icomed's warehouses and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the refund process will be carried out. The customer will be informed of this procedure by sending an email. The refund to the customer's bank account or Paypal account, which was used to purchase the order, will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product by Icomed. If the customer used a credit card, the refund will be made before the end of the corresponding month. The value of the refund will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product, minus the return costs. In the case of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed by the customer, the return costs will be borne by Icomed S.L. If the customer has used gift vouchers or promotional vouchers, these will be returned to your account.
