Guarantee

All our products have a 3 year warranty in the field of European Union, which covers possible manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase of the item.
Likewise, the suitcases made of 100% aluminum they have a 10 year extended warranty, exclusively against manufacturing defects.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

This warranty applies only to products manufactured by ICOMED within of the territory of the European Union, without prejudice to the fact that other manufacturers may offer additional guarantees, in which case the customer must contact said manufacturers directly.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and any damage derived from:

Misuse, negligence or accidents.
Abrasion, normal wear or ordinary use of the product.
Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or water.
Damage caused during transportation, including those caused by airlines.
Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, stains, color changes or other defects that do not affect the operation of the product.
Damage to the casing caused by knocks or impacts.

In case of deterioration during transport, the client must present the corresponding claim to the transport company at the place of arrival, preferably before customs clearance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The warranty is limited to value of the product purchased and does not cover, in any case, damage caused by accidents, misuse or neglect.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTY
To make use of the guarantee it will be essential:

Keep the proof of purchase (ticket or invoice).
Not having manipulated the product or having it repaired by unauthorized third parties.

The manipulation or repair by third parties automatically voids the warranty.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE
The product will be examined to determine if the defect is covered under warranty. If yes:

It will proceed to your repair, or
If this is not possible, at your replacement with a new one.

If it is a defective product, the company will assume the return costs, provided that this circumstance is communicated within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the order.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF REPAIRS
Repairs and/or replacements will be made exclusively within of the territory of the European Union.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Product closures are designed to prevent accidental opening, but do not guarantee the inviolability of the item or prevent theft or manipulation by third parties.

The guarantor is Implantaciones Comerciales del Mediterráneo S.L, with CIF B53352142, registered in the Commercial Registry of Alicante, Volume 2199, Book 0, Folio 12, Section 8, Sheet A-51837, Registration 1ª, and with registered office at C/ Campello Nº3 Nave 5, P.I. La Cala, Finestrat (Alicante).
