Shipping policy
All products are delivered from our supply centers We will make the necessary efforts to deliver the ordered products within the estimated deadlines (e.g. approximately 4 business days, if the product is available). Please note that delivery times are estimates - they are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such.
Currently We do not ship to any island except the Balearic Islands.. This means that we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Sicily, Corsica, Malta, Azores, Madeira, nor to any other island. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
If your product is not delivered within the specified time, please contact us via our chat in the bottom corner indicating your order number, order date and name or email. This will help us track your order and communicate the delivery date. If we do not deliver the products within the estimated timescales, we will have no liability for any delays incurred by us or for the consequences of any delay.
If you have not received any item of your order within 30 days of the shipping notification by e-mail, you will have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order at the end of this period, please notify us requesting a full refund. If the ordered product has not been delivered to you, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.
We only carry out transport by courier or transport companies. Please note that a signature is required upon receipt of the order. All products must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age. If there is no one at the delivery address competent to accept delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our transport service to arrange an alternative delivery date or location to collect the products.
Title to the products and risk of damage to the products are transferred to you upon delivery. If upon delivery the packaging is damaged, you are requested to open the package in the presence of the courier or carrier to verify the condition of the products. In case of damage to the products, you must note them in the delivery note and contact us through our chat in the lower corner.
Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
For products that are defective or delivered in error, we will also reimburse any return costs you incurred to return the item. Depending on availability, we will send you a new shipping notice by e-mail and we will automatically and immediately send you the correct product, assuming we will cover the shipping costs. If the same item is not in Stock, we will refund the purchase amount.
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula):
For an order over €50, shipping costs are free.
For orders less than €50, shipping costs are a minimum of €5.77 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 24-72 business hours.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands:
For one order the shipping costs are €14.99.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 days.
Shipping to Portugal:
For an order over €60, shipping costs are free.
For orders less than €60, shipping costs are €7.99 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 days.
Shipments to France (Peninsula) and Belgium:
For an order over €100, shipping costs are free.
For orders less than €100, shipping costs are €15 per order.

Shipping to Germany, Austria and Italy:
For an order over €100, shipping costs are free.
For orders less than €100, shipping costs are €15 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 days.
Ireland, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia
For an order over €200, shipping costs are free.
For orders less than €200, shipping costs are €20 per order.
Slovakia and Slovenia
For an order over €150, shipping costs are free.
For orders under €150, shipping costs are €15 per order.
