All products are delivered from our sourcing centres. We will make every effort to deliver the ordered products within the estimated delivery times (e.g. approximately 4 working days, if the product is available). Please note that delivery times are estimates - they are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such.

If your product is not delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact pedidos@maletasgreenwich.com quoting your order number, order date and name or email address. This will help us track your order and let you know the delivery date. If we fail to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery times, we shall have no liability for any delay incurred by us or for the consequences of any delay.

If you have not received any items from your order within 30 days of the e-mail dispatch notice, you will have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order at the end of this period, please notify us by requesting a full refund. If the ordered product has not been delivered to you, we will refund you the full amount including shipping costs.

We only ship by courier or freight forwarder. Please note that a signature is required on receipt of the order. All products must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age. If there is no one at the delivery address competent to accept delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our transport service to arrange an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products.

Title to the products and the risk of damage to the products are transferred to you at the time of delivery. If at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, you are requested to open the package in the presence of the courier or carrier to check the condition of the products. In the event of damage to the products, you must note it on the delivery note and contact pedidos@maletasgreenwich.com.

Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.

For defective products or products delivered in error, we will also reimburse the return costs incurred in returning the item. Depending on availability, we will send you a new delivery notification by e-mail and we will automatically and immediately send you the correct product at our own expense, in case the same item is not in stock we will refund the purchase price.

Shipping to Spain (Peninsula):

For an order over 30€, shipping costs are free of charge.

For orders under 30€, shipping costs are a minimum of 5,77€ per order.

Shipping to Portugal:

For an order over 60€, shipping costs are free of charge.

For orders under 60€, shipping costs are 7,99 euros per order.

Deliveries to France (mainland) and Belgium:

For an order over 100€, shipping costs are free of charge.

For orders under 100€, shipping costs are 15 euros per order.

Shipping to Germany:

For an order over 100€, the shipping costs are free of charge.

For orders under €100, shipping costs are €15 per order.

For orders under 200€, shipping costs are 20 euros per order.
