Exchanges and Returns
At Icomed, our main objective is that all our customers are satisfied, therefore, if you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it. We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise in its original box subject to the rules described below. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement at any time up to 14 days after the delivery date - according to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19. The law of the place where the product was delivered or where the service was provided will determine the days that are to be considered business days.
Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer quick and effective attention to our customers. The return service has a charge depending on the type of suitcase and country of origin. We detail the different possibilities:
- Spain: €10 box/package per Cabin suitcase, €15 box/package for medium suitcase and €20 box/package for large suitcase.
- Portugal: €15 box/package per Cabin suitcase and medium. €20 box/package per large suitcase.
- Rest of countries: The costs of returning packages from other countries are the responsibility of the customer. You can use the carrier of your choice.
The customer must contact us through our chat in the lower corner with the email with which they made the purchase, indicating the reference of their order and the reason for the return, who will receive an email responding with the instructions to carry out to make the return.
Specifically, the client must send a package to Icomed with:
Items in their original packaging.
The delivery note received with the order.
The maximum period to notify of a defect in the product is 48 hours once the order has been received.
The return costs will be borne by the customer, who must send them safely with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (without damage, breaks or dirty), with all their accessories, instruction manuals and documentation. The return cannot be made in any case if the products supplied were clearly subject to use. Shipments that do not include any element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, return number, name, surname and address) will not be accepted. Once the package has been received at the Icomed warehouses and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the refund process will be carried out. The client will be informed of this procedure by sending an email. The refund to the customer's bank account or Paypal account, which was used to purchase the order, will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product by Icomed. If the customer used a credit card, the refund will be made before the end of the corresponding month. The value of the refund will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product, less the return costs. In the case of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed by the customer, the return costs will be borne by Icomed S.L. If the customer has used gift vouchers or promotional vouchers, these will be returned to their account.
