Mediterranean Commercial Implantations S.L. (hereinafter ICOMED), through its proprietary domain www.maletasgreenwich.com, markets its products online.
ICOMED is a company dedicated, among other activities, to the marketing of travel items with the following tax and registration data:

This Website is made available to you as a user, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement. By using this Website, you accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this Website.

Your use following a change to these terms and conditions posted by ICOMED will constitute acceptance of these modified terms. If you do not agree with these changes, please do not use this Website.
1. Limitation of use
ICOMED prepared this Website for your personal and non-commercial use. Please do not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, authorize or create derivative works from the information or material on this Website, unless previously authorized in writing by ICOMED.
It is not permitted to copy or save any content for public and commercial use. All intellectual property rights of this Website belong to ICOMED. All brands, names, illustrations, images and logos that appear on our products, accessories or packaging are the exclusive property of ICOMED or administrators of the company; Its reproduction, in whole or in part, by any means and for any reason is strictly prohibited, as is the combination or use in conjunction with any other trademark, symbol, logo or distinctive sign.
2. Accuracy of content

ICOMED does not guarantee that the functions contained in the Website or any material or information contained therein are uninterrupted and error-free, that errors are corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available to the user do not contain viruses or other harmful components. ICOMED will not be responsible for the use of the Website, including, without limitation, the content and any errors included therein.
● Restrictions on hand/cabin baggage: Although we strive to ensure that products described as carry-on or cabin baggage comply with current airline restrictions, we cannot be responsible for an airline applying different standards for baggage or for airlines or airports changing their restrictions.
3. Restrictions and acceptance of the order
You cannot place an order if you are not over 18 years old. When you place an order for the first time, you will be asked to open an account with us and complete certain fields on a form. All the steps necessary to place an order are detailed on the Website. The order procedure contains the following steps:
- Your order represents an offer to purchase on your part that is accepted by us when we send you confirmation by email that we have sent you the product (the shipping notice or note). Acceptance will be complete when we send you the shipping notice by e-mail. This will contain a shipping number. All products of the same order that we have not confirmed in the Shipping Notice e-mail that have been sent will not form part of the purchase contract.
- All orders are subject to product availability at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products purchased at any time, for any reason.
4. Delivery restrictions
In order for the products purchased on this Website to be delivered to you in Spain, you will have to place your order through the Spanish Website. In general terms, you must place your order through the Website that corresponds to your country of delivery. The country where delivery must be made will determine the country of purchase.
Deliveries are not made to any island territory except the Balearic Islands.
5. Purchase contract
No purchase contract will exist between you and ICOMED until ICOMED ships the products. All information on our website is only an invitation to purchase, but is not an offer or a unilateral contract. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase products.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order without delay by sending you a confirmation email. This confirmation email will not constitute acceptance of your order under any circumstances.
The purchase will only be binding once we have notified you that your order has been accepted and the products have been shipped from us. This means that if products are displayed on our Website but are not available or the prices are incorrect or incorrectly described, ICOMED will not have the obligation to sell them in this way. Each and every contract will be interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the parties to the contract irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
ICOMED reserves the right to reject an order, for any reason, in whole or in part, in any of the following cases:
● If the product is not available;
● If your billing information is not correct or cannot be verified;
● If your order is labeled by security systems as an unusual order or likely to constitute fraud;
● If payment has not been received;
● If you are under 18 years of age;
● If any type of error occurred in the budget;
● If delivery cannot be made to the address provided by you;
● In case of force majeure.
6. Prices
The price of the products you request is the price shown on the Website at the time of confirmation of your order. The order will be confirmed by email with a confirmation email of receipt of your order. All prices are in euros, VAT included.
If an error is found in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If you cancel it, we will refund the amount that has been withdrawn from your credit card for the products that are the subject of the order.
In addition to the price of the products, payment of shipping costs will be required. You will be informed of the aforementioned shipping costs when you place your order. Shipping costs will be set by transportation.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we will apply the prices existing at the time of placing the order.
7. Payment
Payment for the products will be made by credit card or Paypal, the payment currency being the euro.
Accepted credit cards are displayed on the payment pages of the Website.
The bank of your credit card will authorize it at the time of placing the order. In the event that the amount cannot be charged, regardless of the reason, the order will be immediately canceled.
To avoid fraud, payments made through this Website are always managed through point-of-sale software with the banking entities involved.
In the case of payment by transfer, an email will be sent informing you of the beneficiary account and you must include the assigned order number.
ICOMED will retain ownership of the goods sold until we have received full payment of the agreed price and transport charges, as well as possible interest due to late payment and/or compensation if applicable.
8. Delivery
All products are delivered from our supply centers We will make the necessary efforts to deliver the ordered products within the estimated deadlines (e.g. approximately 7 business days, if the product is available). Please note that delivery times are estimates, are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such.
If your product is not delivered within the specified time frame, please contact us via our chat in the bottom corner, indicating your order number, order date and name or email. This will help us track your order and communicate the delivery date. If it is not possible to deliver the products within the estimated deadlines, ICOMED will not have any responsibility for any delay incurred or the possible consequences derived.
If you have not received any items from your order within 30 days of the email shipping notification, you will have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order at the end of this period, please notify us via the aforementioned email requesting a full refund. If the ordered product has not been delivered to you, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.
We only carry out transport by courier or transport companies. Please note that a signature is required upon receipt of the order. All products must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age. If there is no one at the delivery address competent to accept delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our transport service to arrange an alternative delivery date or location to collect the products.
Title to the products and risk of damage to the products are transferred to you upon delivery. If upon delivery the packaging is damaged, you are requested to open the package in the presence of the courier or carrier to verify the condition of the products. In case of damage to the products, you must note them in the delivery note and contact us through our chat in the lower corner.
Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
For products that are defective or delivered in error, we will also reimburse any return costs you incurred to return the item. Depending on availability, we will send you a new shipping notice by e-mail and we will automatically and immediately send you the correct product, assuming we will cover the shipping costs. If the same item is not in Stock, we will refund the purchase amount.
9. Right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods by you or a third party of your choice.
To exercise this right you must fill out a form through https://devolucionesgreenwich.outvio.com/with the email with which you made the purchase, indicating your intention to return the product. Once the form is completed, you will receive an email with the instructions to carry out the return.
Once you withdraw from the contract, all amounts paid for the goods will be returned to you, as well as the delivery costs of the least expensive method if you have chosen a different delivery method. Those corresponding to a different modality than the one previously referred to will not be paid.
The return of these sums will be made in the means of payment used in the purchase, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. If the customer used a credit card, the refund will be effective before the end of the corresponding month. If the customer has used gift vouchers or promotional vouchers, these will be returned to their account.
The client must send a package to ICOMED with:
● Items in their original packaging.
● The delivery note received with the order.
The maximum period to notify of a defect in the product is 48 hours once the goods are received.
The return costs will be borne by the customer, who must send them safely with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition. The return is subject to the following charges:
● Spain: €10 box/package per Cabin suitcase, €15 box/package for medium suitcase and €20 box/package for large suitcase.
● Portugal: €15 box/package per Cabin suitcase and medium. €20 box/package per large suitcase.
● Rest of countries: The costs of returning packages from other countries are the responsibility of the customer. You can use the carrier of your choice.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (without damage, breaks or dirty), with all their accessories, instruction manuals and documentation.
The products must be sent to the following address: Icomed, S.L. C/ Campello Nº3 Nave 5.I La Cala 03509 Finestrat Alicante.
The return cannot be made in any case if the products supplied were clearly subject to use. Shipments that do not include any element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, return number, name, surname and address) will not be accepted.
10. Guarantee
All our products have a guarantee within the European Union of 3 years which covers possible manufacturing defects, starting from the moment of purchase of the item.
Warranty conditions:
- The warranty for products manufactured by ICOMED is only applicable in the scope of the European Union, without prejudice to the fact that another manufacturer offers a superior guarantee, in which case you must contact them to make their guarantee effective.
- The warranty described here only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear and scratches or transportation damage (such as airlines); cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, stains, color changes or other non-functional changes to the appearance of the product. If it deteriorates in transit, file a claim with the transit company at the place of arrival, preferably before customs clearance.
- The warranty is limited to the value of the product. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or neglect.
- Keep the purchase document (ticket or invoice) that will arrive with your order. It is essential to be able to use the warranty.
- Do not try to fix the damage yourself or take it to an unauthorized company. Contact us or go to a store GREENWICH of your city. Tampering with the product by third parties voids the warranty.
- We will study the damage to your item to verify that the warranty is applicable, in which case we will repair it or, if this is not possible, we will replace it with a new one. If it is a defective product, we will assume the return costs, as long as you communicate this circumstance within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the order.
- Repairs and/or replacements are only carried out in the territory of the European Union.
- The closures on our products are designed to prevent accidental opening, but cannot prevent tampering with the item or theft.

11. Limitation of liability
The terms and conditions of this agreement do not affect your legal rights. ICOMED will not be liable for any damage (including without limitation loss of profits or loss of use) arising from the use or delay or inability to use this Website, its contents or any link to another Website arising from contract, civil tort (including negligence) or otherwise except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
We will not be responsible for:
(a) Any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the purchase contract is formalized arising from the supply of the products and the corresponding service or their use.
(b) Any loss not caused by any breach by us.
(c) Commercial or business losses. Our entire liability in connection with the purchase agreement will not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
All our liability related to the sales contract will not exceed the purchase price of the corresponding products.
These conditions will not affect your legal rights.

ICOMED is not responsible for the content, products, services, statements or privacy policies offered, performed or claimed on these sites. Those third parties who wish to include a link to this Website will do so only to the home page of the Website. No use of www.maletasgreenwich.com or other content on this page will be permitted in connection with this link without the written and conclusive approval of ICOMED, which reserves the right to block this link at any time.
